I work with clients from all fitness level, zero to athletes, to improve their strength, mobility and stability. With my knowledge of applied biomechanics, I help my clients understand their body, why they experience pain and how to fix it.

MEET YOUR COACH

Hi, my name is Jennifer. 

I believe it's the best feeling when you feel strong. I want my clients to get to experience their strength, their full power and discover how much of it is untapped. I am passionate about finding ways to improve performance while reducing injury. 

Sports have always been a part of my life growing up, from wakeboarding, trail running, swimming, kickboxing, and Brazilian jiujitsu. But I would never call myself a natural athlete. I enjoy the process of out-training the physical limitations that I was born with and making adaptations to help me unlock my highest potential. I am currently based at two Auckland gyms, Drury Strength & Fitness and Vitality Lab in Morningside.
